At Club's Choice, we believe that an exciting and healthy life style starts with the food you put on the dinner table. That is why we provide a wide variety of food products through our brochures. Our pizzas and frozen food products make for great meals. And our cookies, chocolates, and mixed nuts make for delicious snacks and desserts.

Furthermore, our "Mixes to Fix" dry mixes can be used in a multitude of ways and recipes that'll dazzle your taste buds. We've included many of these recipes with our brochures and you can find them all below. These recipes are a great way to wow your family, friends, and relatives.

Cranbery Almond Pasta Salad Mix Original Product

Cranberry Pasta Koogle

  • 1 Cranberry Almond Pasta Salad Mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sour
  • 2/3 cup sugar,
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter/margarine melted and cooled

Set seasoning packet aside. Boil noodles until tender, drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and butter. Add contents of seasoning packet. Stir in warm noodles. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan and sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired. Bake for 40 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve warm. Serves 8.

Gusto Garlic Pesto Cheese Ball Mix
Original Product

Italian Round Steak

  • 1 Gusto Garlic Pesto Cheese Ball Mix
  • 4 lbs. boneless round steak - cut into strips
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup instant rice

Place all ingredients, except rice in a slow cooker. Cook on low - 6 hours or high - 4 hours. Then add 1 cup of instant rice to the ingredients in the slow cooker. Replace lid and cook for 30 more minutes or until rice it tender.

Bonus meal option: When round steak is done prior to adding rice, reserve 1/2 of the meat and 1 cup of the liquid. Refrigerate or freeze to make Pepper Steak Sandwiches later. Serves 6.

Baked Potato Soup Mix

Easy Clam Chowder

  • 1 Baked Potato Soup Mix
  • 2- 6.5 oz. cans chopped clams, drained reserving juice water (add to reserved clam juice to makes 4 cups liquid)
  • 1 cup half-&-half, can substitute with milk * For a milder clam flavor, use only 1 can of clams.

In saucepan over medium-high heat, combine soup mix with water, clam juice, half-&-half, and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add clams, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Black Bean Salsa Shrimp Salsa Mix

Black Bean Salsa Shrimp Salad

  • 1 Black Bean Salsa Shrimp Salsa Mix
  • 1- 2.25 oz. can of sliced black olives undrained
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 -10 oz. cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 chopped avocado
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp - chilled.

Combine all ingredients except shrimp, chill 2 hours. Make sure salsa is completely re-hydrated. Add shrimp and chill again for an additional hour. Serve cold as salad, or with your choice of corn chips as a dip.

Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Dip Mix

Creamy Cheddar and Jalapeno Chicken

  • 1 Jalapeno Bacon Cheddar Dip Mix
  • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10-3/4 oz. can of cheddar cheese soup

Bake: Thaw (if frozen) and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Slow cook: Defrost (if frozen) enough to empty contents into slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Substitution: substitute chicken with 3 lbs. pork chops

Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix

Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Ball

  • 1 Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 stick softened butter, lemon drops candy (optional)

Beat all together until creamy; cover and chill at least 6 hours. Roll firm mixture into a ball, roll in crushed lemon drops to coat. Serve chilled with lemon cookies or vanilla wafers.

Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
Recipe Product

Lemon Fruit Dip

  • 1 Cool Lemonade Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Beat all together until smooth. Chill for 2 hours and serve with your fruit of choice.
